First of all I can’t believe the President used the term “wee-weed”, but I find it more amusing than anything else. Many of the commenters over at Patterico’s Pontifications » Did Obama Really Say That? seem to think the President is referring to something that you smoke, but it’s more likely he was referencing a certain necessary body function (a physician would politely refer to it as “micturition”.)

Just remember, never wiggle it more than three times afterwards or you’re doing something else.

Oh – one more thing – a lot of bureaucrats in Washington DC are this way all year round, not just during late Summer.
